The Lobster Trap is available from May through October. Rates for specific weeks are listed below.

In addition to the above rental rates, there is a cleaning fee, 7 percent Maine Lodging Tax, and a $500 refundable security deposit. The cleaning fee is based on the number of guests:

Once you have confirmed your reservation, I will mail you a lease to sign and return with your check for half the rental rate. Then 45 days before arrival, your balance is due, including the above tax, cleaning fee, and security deposit.
I will update the online calendar to reflect your reservation as soon as I receive your deposit and signed lease.
Check in is 4 p.m. on Saturday; check-out time is 10 a.m. Saturday, unless you have more than eight guests, in which case you must check out by 9 a.m.

Pet Policy:
Dogs may be allowed with prior permission from the owner. If granted permission, the renter must guarantee that pets will be supervised at all times. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Dog hair must be vacuumed up before departure. Stonington does have a leash law and "pooper-scooper" law, so be sure to pick up after your dog.
An appropriate portion of the security deposit may be kept at the owner's discretion if any evidence of pet hair or damage is found on departure.
